This fourth release ( called linux-c6x-0.7.3 ) is an "Engineering Preview" or "Technology Demonstrator". This release is complete enough to begin the life of the project in the open.

This release uses an early-access version of gcc tool chain from Code Sourcery [[1]]. Please note that this release is not validated against the CGT based TI tool chain. For more see Compilers and Debug Tools. This release consists of

  • Little and Big Endian min-root filesystems which can be used to set up an NFS filesystem can be found at [3]
